Chocolate Zucchini Cake
Cream:
3/4 cup butter or margarine 2 cups sugar 3 eggs
Combine:
1/2 cup milk 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 cups grated zucchini
Sift together:
2 & 1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup powder cocoa 2 & 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1 & 1/2 teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon salt (table) 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Add dry ingredients alternately with zucchini mixture and with egg mixture. Fold in 1 cup chopped nuts. Bake in a greased & floured bundt pan. Sprinkle top with either powdered sugar or 1/2 cup chocolate chips (they will melt over the top)
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
