I have been raised to know how to make kraut in a churn, although that is about all I know in the area of fermenting, other than homemade wines. I really am curious and interested in the fermenting world of knowledge and learning more on this subject going forward! Such a bounty of things to experiment with in the area of vegetables and fruit to please the palate.
