I spent time last night dehydrating limes, lemons and oranges. The hope and plan is to be able to use them in teas over the winter. Maybe supplement the vitamin C immune support efforts. I put them in food saver bags, but without oxygen or moisture absorbers. Anyway, just wanted to share what I did. This will be the first year we try to use our own tea ingredients rather than normal tea bags.

I want to dehydrate some lemons for the same reason. I also have lemon balm for tea, mint also. I love to can grapefruit and oranges every year that is my favorite snack/dessert to can for myself. I also can cinnamon applesauce for myself. I am going to dehydrate some of my elderberries for tea as well and some apple peels for tea. Apple cinnamon tea is one of my favorites.
