From reading your blog, I know you freeze, dehydrate and store raw onions. Which do you find yourself reaching for most often?

If I am cooking soups/stews etc or dishes that require a long cook time with plenty of liquid I like dehydrated. If I am sauteing in butter for example I use frozen. If it is going in a salad or fresh dish I like fresh.

If I want to saute onions I reach for the fresh if I have and then frozen. If it is soups or something like casseroles with lots of liquids I reach for the dehydrated. By the end of the season all I have left usually is dehydrated Lol. I use sooo many onions

Still debating how to use them as they are either smaller or dual formed bulbs.
