Yesterday some of the family and I decided to go to Fort Payne AL and go Fall foliage viewing before winter locks us in and we did not want to miss this road trip. We made a one day road trip. While there, we went to Little River Canyon and the park. We were blessed with great views and beautiful weather. The grandchildren loved it! We were not too far away from the Tennessee state line. Reminded me of the same views located in the Smokey Mountains in Tennessee, with pull offs for views. The Canyon although is deceiving to be called Little, it is very big, deep and beautiful!

Pack a picnic and visit, if not too far away, this town has a lot of history and views.
